Condition

Each item is unique and sold in its current condition.

Display and sample pieces may have been:

• Washed
• Conditioned
• Styled
• Cut or trimmed
• Knots bleached - some over bleaching may be noticed
• Knots plucked - some tear from plucking may be present.
• Customized for display or photography

Minor signs of wear, handling, or previous use should be expected. The condition, appearance, and remaining lifespan will vary from piece to piece.

Hair Care

These pieces are made with premium cut, raw human hair and should be cared for just like your own.

Daily Maintenance

• Gently detangle from the ends upward using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
• Keep the hair moisturized with a lightweight leave-in conditioner or serum.
• Protect the hair at night with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase to reduce friction.
• Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.

Washing

• Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo as needed.
• Follow with a moisturizing conditioner.
• Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible before styling.

Important to Know

• Some shedding, tangling, dryness, or breakage may occur with continued wear, especially since these pieces have been previously handled.
• Proper care and regular maintenance will help extend the life and appearance of your piece.
• Longevity will vary depending on the condition of the individual item and how it is maintained after purchase.
