Hair Care

Your Mayumi Bob Wig is made from premium human hair and should be cared for much like your own natural hair. Proper maintenance will help preserve its softness, shine, movement, and longevity.

Daily Maintenance

• Gently detangle from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.
• Keep the hair moisturized with a lightweight leave-in conditioner or serum.
• Protect the wig while sleeping with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase to reduce friction.
• Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.
• Avoid excessive heat and unnecessary manipulation.
• Avoid heavy product buildup.

Washing

• Wash with a moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo as needed.
• Follow with a hydrating conditioner.
• Gently detangle while conditioned, starting from the ends and working upward.
• Allow the wig to air dry whenever possible.
• Once completely dry, style as desired.

Important to Know

Some light shedding is normal with human hair. With proper care and maintenance, Mayumi Bob Wigs are designed to minimize excessive shedding and tangling.

Natural variations in texture, density, strand thickness, and color may occur because human hair is a natural product.

Excessive heat, improper care, dryness, friction, chemical processing, and excessive manipulation may increase shedding, tangling, or breakage.

Always use proper heat protection when using hot tools.
